Lost and Found

I lost my mini laptop last week… to be specific, it was stolen. It’s really unfortunate but it’s gone. Really, I was anxious as I needed this gadget for 2 presentations that could cost me tens of thousand dollars the very next day. I thank God that both presentations went smoothly eventually.

It was a friend and team player to me. After it’s gone, I realized that it’s not a netbook afterall (misled by the size)! I still miss it.

Then, my loss became someone else’s gain. Haha! My husband. We had also wanted to switch to Mac. So rather than getting a new PC, we decided on an arrangement that he’ll get a Macbook Pro while I inherit his Sony Vaio. (Good deal for him!)

It must be the endless nights of dreams that is taking away my memory capacity. Just after 2 weeks of the stolen laptop incident, I misplaced a paperbag of softwares (windows 7 home & pro) which was yesterday!

The funny thing is when I realized it was missing, I thought it was in my husband’s car. When I found out it wasn’t there, I thought I could have overlooked it in my office. It was only till this morning I woke up with a jerk that it came to my realization that I left it on the bus! I thank God for that jolt that kicked me out of bed to make a trip to the bus interchange. To God’s glory, I found it!! Yeahh!

The church is going through a series of prayer this week and I believe God protected our belongings. It’s a great Sunday morning. Lost & found! Church, here I come! <3

I hate golf

There’s absolute nothing about this sport that I like. I utterly loathe it! As much as I hate injustice, golf is not far from it.

Journeying to the course is the most agonizing experience!

Decaf Tea

My favorite teas! It’s Caffeine Free! Especially like a cup of the calming relaxing tea before bed… Super relaxing.

Zzzzzzz….

Size Matters

My son understands size. He pointed to Daddy and said “Big”. Then, he pointed to Mummy and said “small”. Finally, he pointed to himself, gave a thoughtrful look and said “small small”. Made my day totally. :)

Forgiveness

The Bible says in Mt 6:15 “if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

Oh God, one more time, help me to forgive those who have hurt me. Let me not be cut off from Your presence due to my little faith. Help me to not live in pain and darkness…

Sermon – parable of the sower

Pst Tan shared about the importance of hearing the word DAILY. He used the parable of the sower to explain letting the seed (the Word of God) go deeper into good ground (our heart). We can’t control what happens around us, but we can control ourselves. We must listen to God’s Word regularly in order to adjust our hearing and receiving.

lost BB

Arrrghhh! Lost my BB 9000 2 days ago. All the contacts, photos and videos… all gone. Sigh… Paid more to get a new phone. Oh well, what’s lost is lost. At least I’m on BB “bolder” now. It’s more compact and visually more appealing! Smilez always!

Gmask-ed Netbook

Went to Bishan to gmask my netbook. Gave it a new and sophiscated look. My hubby and I chose this design together. Beautiful, isn’t it? :)

Perfect Vision

No more specs, contact lenses… Perfect vision, perfect life! Thank God for advance technology!

O My Valentine

My Valentine took me shopping today! I was so looking forward to it. We went Wisma, Tangs & Far East Plaza. Loved all that he bought for me, especially the DKNY bag! My biggest harvest? 4 straight hours of quality time with my valentine fussing over me and carrying all the loots! That’s not all… When I reached home and after shower… I saw a bottle of Ed Hardy Perfume and bag on my bed! Mama mia! I love Valentine’s Day! :)
